Texas Operator Signs 3-Unit Deal with The Little Gym

Urban Air Adventure Park franchisee Cody Herndon has just diversified his portfolio by signing a three-unit development agreement with The Little Gym. Both brands are part of Unleashed Brands. The first of his new locations will be in Waxahachie, Texas and is set to open at the beginning of next year. His plans are to open the two additional locations in McKinney and Allen, Texas.

Herndon, who is also a franchisee with QSR restaurant brand Fat Tuesday, first signed on with the Urban Air brand in 2015. He’s been a successful operator and leader on the Urban Air Franchise Advisory Council member.

“Unleashed Brands’ mission continues to be a force in the child enrichment space,” said Herndon. “I am proud to be a part of a franchise that positively impacts the lives of children and communities with no intention to stop anytime soon. The Little Gym is another component of the brand’s mission that I believe wholeheartedly helps parents and children become the best version of themselves which made the decision easy to expand within the portfolio.”
