Long-Term Employment Projections Reinforce Individual's Need To Manage Own Career

Economic indicators projecting into the year 2016 include a slow-down in the labor force, a trend toward leaner companies and an increase in service sector jobs. Cumulatively, these trend all point to the need for individuals to seek a career based on self-sufficiency versus counting on the traditional financial benefits of being an employee working for a company.
