Signs Now Executives And Franchise Owners Attend Allegra Network 2008 Summit

June 16, 2008 // Franchising.com // SARASOTA, Fla.— Corporate team members and top franchise owners from Signs Now, A Division of Allegra Network LLC, recently attended the annual Network Summit, held May 15 – 18 at the Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina, near Charleston.

The annual gathering serves as an opportunity for top performing franchise members to share the best business practices in the industry. Invitations are based on criteria franchise owners meet throughout the year, and typically include the top 10 percent in franchise owner sales figures.

This year, 35 Signs Now franchise owners representing 19 centers earned invitations to the Summit, with a total attendance of 150, including Allegra Network executives and franchise owners. The Summit's business meeting discussed the use of contemporary technologies to better serve the large segment of customers who generally get the least attention — the bottom 80% who make up 20% of the sales in most businesses. Michael Casey, CEO of Survey Advantage, delivered a presentation offering ideas for learning more about key customers to better understand the changing landscape of today's marketplace.

Signs Now Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Bernard Haun, felt the Summit was a big success for the company and franchise owners.

"Everyone I spoke with told me they plan to qualify again for next year's Summit," remarked Haun. "I hope all of our franchise members strive to earn an invitation yearly. It's an excellent opportunity to network with peers and the event really promotes a sense of team work within our organization."

The 35 Signs Now franchise owners who qualified to attend the Summit included: Tim and Marilyn Anderson of Rockford, Ill; David Berryhill and John Berryhill, of Lake Charles, La.; Alan Bleiweiss of Hollywood, Fla.; Bruce Campbell of Mundelein, Ill.; Michael Etchieson and Joe Amey, of Bradenton, Fla.; Roy and Teresa Gonzalez of Sacramento, Calif.; David Groth and John Kelsheimer of Naperville, Ill.; Randy Hamilton of Newington, Conn.; Doug and Colleen Henderson of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada; Barry Horst of Hanover, Penn.; Mary Jane Lessley and Mason Lessley, III, of Memphis, Tenn.; Travis Masters of Largo, Fla.; David and Edye Popke of Tucson, Ariz.; Richard, Suzanne, Kenny and Kelly Pryor of Clarksville, Tenn.; Michael and Karen Rantala of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada; Tim and Joni Schaumburg, Columbia, Mo.; Steve and Jeri Skram of Des Moines, Iowa; Pete and Cheryl Thomas of Fort Collins, Colo.; Daniel and Kristin Trevino of Portland, Ore.; and Terry and Ruth Whalen of Las Vegas, Nev.
