ATLANTA, July 14 // PRNewswire // -- Oneida-Verona Hotels, LLC of Rochester, NY has opened a Microtel Inn & Suites hotel at 5118 New York State Route 365 in Verona -- in the heart of central New York State and one mile from the New York State Thruway (I-90) at exit 33. The 81-room hotel showcases the Microtel brand's award-winning new prototype design, and boasts a contemporary and streamlined environment with unexpected amenities that guests would not ordinarily expect to find in an economy hotel -- such as free WIFI and free local and long distance phone calls. The new hotel is operated by Essex Hotel Management, Inc. of Rochester, NY and was constructed by Mahoney Custom Builders of Canastota, NY, also a partner in the project.

The Microtel Inn & Suites in Verona is adjacent to Turning Stone Resort Casino and the Skana Spa at Turning Point. It is nearby several championship area golf courses including Kaluhyat Golf Course, Shenendoah Golf Course and Atunyoute PGA Golf Course. Colgate University and Hamilton College are 24 miles away.
