June 08, 2011 // Franchising.com // HONG KONG — Wyndham Hotel Group, part of the Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN) family of companies, today announced the signing of three new Ramada® properties, one of which will be the company's first managed Ramada hotel in China.

The new managed property, the Ramada Plaza Sanya, will be owned by Hainan Mingboda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, which also signed a management agreement with Wyndham Hotel Group in December last year to open the Wyndham Hotel Sanya.

The Hotel Group also signed two franchise agreements in China. One agreement was with Shaoguan Fengdu Real Estate Co., Ltd for the Ramada Plaza Shaoguan City Center and the other with Suzhou Dingfeng Real Estate Development Co. Ltd, for the Ramada Suzhou North.
