911 Driving School Supports Local Community by Sponsoring Washington High School Championship

911 Driving School partnered with the WIAA to support local Washington athletes.

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) June 11, 2012 - In an effort to support their local community, The Washington State 911 Driving School is proud to announce their official sponsorship for the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) Championships. 911 Driving School was passionate about sponsoring the event because they have enjoyed getting to know many of the athletes that performed in the championship games through their 911 Driving School driver’s ed program.

“We are thrilled to partner with the WIAA and show our support for the local high schools around Washington State,” said CEO of 911 Franchising Corporation Joe Giammona. “Not only do we get to help financially, but we also get to see top athletes perform at the top of their game all over the state.”

911 Driving School supported several State Championship events over Memorial Weekend including Girls Softball, Boys Baseball, Boys and Girls Track and Boys Soccer.

“Learning to drive takes as much commitment, dedication, and practice as learning your favorite sport or activity,” Giammona said. “It's great to have natural ability, but it's imperative to have a great mentor or coach guiding you along the way.”

At 911 Driving School instructors have the qualities of a great coach such as passion for helping others, ability to motivate and lead by example. By hiring only police officers to instruct driving school classes, 911 Driving School instructors have a vested interest in teaching teen drivers to be great drivers.

“Experience, knowledge and trust is the foundation of the 911 Driving School program,” Giammona said.

911 Driving School not only offers students with driver’s education classes, they also offer adult driver’s education classes. 911 Driving School adult driver’s ed utilize state-of-the-art-technology, videos and PowerPoint presentations while combining interactive classroom participation to create a fun multi-media learning environment.
