Experienced Metro Chicago Real Estate Team Brings RE/MAX Brand to Round Lake Area

Chicago, IL, November 04, 2012 - (PR.com) - A team of experienced real estate professionals are bringing the RE/MAX brand to the Chicago suburb of Round Lake, Ill. Early next year, Luigui Corral and Gary Aver, Broker/Owners of RE/MAX United in Wheeling, will open a second office of their RE/MAX United brokerage at 1616 N. Cedar Lake Road in Round Lake Beach.

"We think that this is an ideal time to open a second office and that Round Lake area is the perfect community for us to serve," Corral said. "Home sales are on the rise, mortgage interest rates are at record lows, plus inventory is depleting fast – this is a great time to buy and list a home.”

The new office is scheduled to open March 1, 2013, in a building that Aver and Corral recently purchased. Construction crews are currently renovating the building in order to transform it into an office that meets all the demands of today's agent and real estate business. The 2,500-square-foot office is expected to serve between 10 to 15 RE/MAX Sales Associates.

Aver, who has more than 20 years of real estate experience, and Corral, president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and who was recently named to the Top 250 Latino Agents in the U.S. by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, are well equipped to serve the ethnically diverse community of Round Lake, whose Latino population is estimated to be between 30 and 35 percent. In addition, Aver speaks Bulgarian, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian, while Corral speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Both real estate veterans are looking forward to expanding their presence in the Round Lake area.
