The Holiday Inn Resort® Brand Launches "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" Offer

Priority Club® Rewards members can earn up to $100 gift card for consecutive nights stays this spring.

IHG® (InterContinental Hotels Group) today announced the Holiday Inn Resort® brand’s “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” offer which presents Priority Club® Rewards members, soon to be named IHG® Rewards Club this July, with the chance to earn up-to-$100 in an airline, gas or train gift card this spring.

Gas prices are rising earlier and faster than in previous years in the run-up to peak spring and summer driving seasons, according to a recent article from USA Today. That’s why the Holiday Inn Resort brand is offering travellers a stress-free way to off-set transportation costs on their next trip, by easing into a relaxing vacation at one of the brand’s many resort destinations.

“The Holiday Inn Resort brand was developed with our guests in mind. The brand provides the quality and service guests know and can expect from the Holiday Inn® brand, and are located in some of the world’s leading resort destinations,” said Heather Balsley, senior vice president, Americas Holiday Inn Brand Family.

“We know travel costs can add up, so our ‘Planes, Trains and Automobiles’ offer gives our guests one less thing to worry about on their way to their next weekend getaway or week-long vacation at a Holiday Inn Resort property.”

Guests can earn a $25 airline, gas or train gift card when a two consecutive night stay is booked at any Holiday Inn Resort property in the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean. For each additional night booked, an additional $25 is added to the gift card, up to $100.
