"Undercover Boss" Special Catches Up with Coby Brooks and his New View at Twin Peaks

May 14, 2013 // Franchising.com // DALLAS – Coby Brooks, President and CEO of La Cima Restaurants, LLC, and the largest franchise operator of Twin Peaks, will be featured on the season finale of CBS’s hit reality show “Undercover Boss” Friday, May 17.

In this special episode called “Undercover Boss: Epic Bosses,” and featuring the most unforgettable bosses from all four seasons of the Emmy award-winning series, Brooks will catch up with the show on what he’s been up to since his episode aired in 2010 when he was president and CEO of Hooters of America and discuss his move from Hooters to Twin Peaks.

“We want to congratulate Coby on being selected for the ‘Epic Bosses’ episode,” said Randy DeWitt, CEO of Twin Peaks. “In 2011 he made the decision to leave Hooters for the bigger and more Scenic Views at Twin Peaks. We are thrilled to have him as a partner.”

Since appearing on Undercover Boss, Brooks signed an agreement to open 35 Twin Peaks locations across Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and Tennessee. To date he’s opened three Twin Peaks, including the first Mega Peaks location at 14,000 square feet, 60 HD televisions and more than 100 Twin Peaks Girls.

All Twin Peaks restaurants will host watch parties for the special episode on Friday, May 17, airing at 7 p.m. CST and 8 p.m. EST. More information, including Twin Peaks locations and franchise information is available at TwinPeaksRestaurant.com.
