Ultimate Man-Cave Opens First Idaho Restaurant at 7751 W. Spectrum
October 07, 2013 // Franchising.com // DALLAS –Twin Peaks, the mountain-lodge themed sports restaurant, recently opened its first Idaho restaurant at 7751 W. Spectrum in Boise.
The new Twin Peaks Boise provides guests with more than 34 high-definition televisions for fans to catch all their favorite sporting events while enjoying a selection of 18 draft beers poured at a freezing 29-degrees from a full-service bar.
“I have been watching the growth of Twin Peaks since the first restaurant opened in Lewisville, Texas,” said Dave Schmille, who owns the Boise location and is also developing Twin Peaks in Milwaukee. “I knew that the Boise market was perfect for Twin Peaks and now we’re ready to introduce new fans to our great food, cold beer and everything that separates us from other sports restaurants.”
The Twin Peaks menu includes hearty made-from-scratch comfort food including a slow-roasted Ribeye Pot Roast and house-breaded Chicken Fried Steak, alongside Twin Peaks signatures such as the tempting Hangover Burger and BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos.
Twin Peaks Boise is also home to over 120 new employees, more than 80 of which were brought on as Twin Peaks Girls -- the concept’s signature assets.
“The Twin Peaks Girls have been hard at work getting ready for the opening,” added Schmille. “We are excited to welcome new Boise guests to Twin Peaks and show the community everything we have to offer.”
