178-room Hotel Undergoes Extensive Brand Revitalization Initiative

March 07, 2014 // Franchising.com // EVANSTON, Ill. - Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore/Evanston today announced the completion of its lobby renovation. The six-story, 178-room hotel is located at 1818 Maple Avenue.

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore/Evanston now features elements of Project Grow, a major brand revitalization initiative that includes upgrades to the property's communal spaces including the lobby and guest reception area. The property also includes the remodeled Garden Grille and Bar, with expanded bar seating, now featuring beer on tap* and multiple TVs.

Tailored color schemes, seating arrangements, lobby bars, and updated floor and tile-work are hallmarks of the Project Grow initiative, and Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore/Evanston has brought that philosophy to its hotel.
