"Since the older kids understand a lot more, we explain to them about safety within the first couple of classes," she says. "We let them know what clothes to wear and what to do if they injure themselves. As for the younger ones, they do not necessarily understand why they need to be safe, so we try to teach them in a fun way with props and rewards."
