Another Broken Egg Cafe Continues Growth with Midwest Expansion

July 11, 2014 // Franchising.com // Dayton, OH - Another Broken Egg Cafe, an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch franchise, known for its charming and welcoming atmosphere, has signed a four unit development agreement for the Dayton and Cincinnati markets. The first location is currently under development in Austin Landing, south of Dayton and is slated to open in late October of 2014.

A Dayton native and restaurant veteran, Craddick currently owns and operates four Five Guys Burgers and Fries locations in the Dayton area. With 31 years of experience working in the full-service and fast-casual restaurant sectors, Craddick previously acted as the Area Coordinator for Wendy’s for 15 years followed by 12 years in the barbeque restaurant business in Memphis, Tennessee. Craddick returned to Ohio in 2010 after presented with an opportunity with Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
