Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. Announces Fiscal 2014 Earnings Conference Call and Webcast

ATLANTA - February 17, 2015 -(BUSINESS WIRE) - Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLKI), the franchisor and operator of Popeyes® restaurants, today announced that its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year 2014, which ended December 28, 2014, will be filed on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, after market close. The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to review results and provide guidance for fiscal 2015.

A live listen-only webcast of the conference call will be available on the PLKI website at www.popeyes.com/investors. A replay of the conference call will be available for 90 days at the Company's website or through a dial-in number for a limited time following the call.
