Twin Peaks Restaurants Expands into Washington and Oregon with StoveTop Restaurant Group, LLC Franchise Agreement

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 14, 2015 - Twin Peaks, the ultimate sports lodge known for its made-from-scratch kitchen, rugged atmosphere, and playful Twin Peaks Girls, has recently welcomed StoveTop Restaurant Group, LLC to its family of franchisees. The organization has signed a development agreement to open eight stores throughout Washington and Oregon, states previously unoccupied by the brand.

StoveTop Restaurant Group, LLC is led by a team of industry veterans. CEO Eric Houseman served as President and COO of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers for 22 years. President Brad Clawson spent 19 years as Director of Operations and Purchasing for Great Western Dining, and seven years as VP of Franchise Operations for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers.

Rounding out the leadership at StoveTop Restaurant Group, LLC are Managing Member Craig Colby and Chairman Michael Colby, who have owned and operated four different restaurant concepts over the past 18 years. Colby and Colby previously built and acquired 15 Burger King locations, which were sold in 2004. Currently, they serve as Co-Presidents of The Colby Restaurant Group, which owns four Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, four Cosi Restaurants and also operates three Margaritas as well as is the master franchisor for the concept.
