Jerry most recently served as Chief of Staff for the Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs (2009-2015) and previously served as Director of Operations for American Dental Partners and the Ciena Corporation. As an Army officer in the United States and Germany, Mr. Boden received several commendations, including the prestigious General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award, recognizing outstanding performance, leadership and community service.
