Image Studios 360 Inks Multi-Unit Franchise Deal in Royal Palm Beach

February 06, 2017 // Franchising.com // SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Image Studios 360, a salon-suite franchise that offers beauty professionals the opportunity to own their own business, has signed a multi-unit franchise agreement for the Royal Palm Beach area, with the first of three salons opening this spring.

The new salons, which mark the first Image Studios 360 locations in Florida, will be owned and operated by Lenka Ginsburg. Company plans call for as many as five additional Image Studios 360 salons throughout the Palm Beach area in the next few years, and the salon-suite franchise is seeking franchise partners in other Southern Florida cities, including Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

Since opening its first location in 2010, Image Studios 360 has continued to anchor itself as the leading salon/suite brand in Salt Lake City, having opened a new salon each year over the past five years. Additionally, Image Studios 360 will be opening a sixth location in its home market.

Each Image Studios 360 location occupies approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space and is outfitted anywhere from 25-30 salon studios. Franchisees are then responsible for renting each studio to beauty and wellness practitioners who operate their own business within their own studio - including hairstylists, nail technicians, massage therapists, and more.

Every salon studio is designed with European glass doors and windows, high exposed ceilings, LED lighting, ample client seating, tile floors, and more. In addition to being outfitted with whatever accessories the professional may need – from chairs and sinks, to cabinets and mirrors – every Image Studios 360 tenant has 24-hour access to their studio. This allows each professional the freedom to work when they want, and as long as they want.

While a lease has yet to be signed for the new salon, Ginsburg is eyeing real estate in West Palm Beach for the first salon.
