Cicis Brings Unlimited Pizza Buffet To Hoover

New ‘Maverick’ Restaurant Prototype Opened Nov. 30

December 01, 2017 // Franchising.com // HOOVER, Ala. - Cicis, the restaurant known and loved for its unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, soup and dessert buffet, opened the doors to its first restaurant in Hoover yesterday, Thursday, Nov. 30, at 1851 Montgomery Hwy.

The new restaurant marks the third Cicis to open in the Birmingham area this year, following openings in Trussville and Homewood. Two more Cicis are set to open in Montgomery and Mobile in 2018, raising the total number of restaurants in the state to 19.

All new Alabama restaurants will feature Cicis contemporary new logo, branding and “Maverick” restaurant prototype, which embodies Cicis recently redefined brand character, described as “unconventional, brave and independent.”

Long-time Cicis fans will immediately see the difference inside as they encounter an entirely new vibrant and energetic color palette. The dining room has been designed with creative space features like the chevron-style table top patterns, eight new booths, tables that seemingly come out of the wall and a newly designed game room. The restaurant comfortably seats 147 guests.

“We are excited to continue our rapid growth throughout Alabama and to bring the people of Hoover their very own Cicis,” said Cicis CEO Darin Harris. “We’ve assembled a great team and we’re all looking forward to opening our doors and becoming an integral part of the community.”

Cicis is dedicated to going Beyond Pizza and feeding individuality by enabling its guests to find the tastes they love. For a limited time, guests can even enjoy Cicis new specialty pizzas now featured on the unlimited buffet, including the Honey BBQ Chicken, Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Buffalo Chicken pizzas. Each of the new pizzas feature Cicis’ traditional garlic buttery crust topped with wing-inspired sauces and premium white meat chicken, real cheese and an extra pop of flavor.

Hours of operation at Hoover’s new Cicis are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. This marks the fifth Cicis in the Birmingham market, 17th in Alabama and 433rd nationwide.
