Astoria Based Metropolis Realty Affiliates With Century 21 Real Estate Franchise System

August 02, 2018 // Franchising.com // Under the leadership of Elena Karacostas, Metropolis Realty announced today that it has joined the Century 21® System and will now conduct business as Century 21 Unique Realty. The company will continue to provide full-service real estate services to buyers and sellers in New York City and the surrounding area, and it will now benefit from the world-class marketing, agent learning and educational resources, and technology and productivity tools provided through its affiliation with the iconic Century 21 brand.

Karacostas brings more than thirty years of diverse experience to her role, having worked in development, operations, management, sales, leasing and more. She formed her own company in 2001 and, today, exclusively focuses on the real estate brokerage portion of the business.

"I knew that in order to continue growing, particularly in competitive markets like Manhattan, Astoria and Long Island City, it was important to have the power of a brand behind us," said Karacostas.
