The Power Of Sola! Sola Salon Studios Brings Together Franchisees At The Yearly Sola Summit In Cabo San Lucas

November 12, 2019 // Franchising.com // DENVER, CO - The annual Sola Salon Studios Summit took place in gorgeous Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this past October. This year, the Summit brought together over 300 attendees - from Sola franchisees, vendor partners, guest speakers and the Sola home office team - for three amazing days of inspiration, education and networking all centered around this year’s theme, “The Power of Sola.”

“Our goal for the Sola Summit is to bring our community of franchisees and managers together, alongside our vendor partners, to learn key updates from the Sola home office team, get aligned on our future vision for the brand, and learn best practices from our corporate team as well as from each other. It’s so important to the culture of our franchise community to spend a few days together, learning, sharing and getting re-energized about our mission,” said Jennie Wolff, VP of Marketing and Education.

During the Sola Summit, Christina Russell, Sola Salon Studios CEO, shared the company’s 2020 vision. It centered on innovation, growth, development and marketing initiatives, while continuing to our mission to inspire and support beauty professionals. Russell spoke of providing more innovative technology and education programs to help elevate franchisees and Sola professionals.

Multiple round table discussions and workshops were organized to allow attendees to connect, network and share ideas. This year’s keynote speaker, deaf comedian and a renowned motivational speaker Kathy Buckley, spoke of overcoming obstacles and fear by sharing her story and those who inspired her.

The Sola Summit award ceremony recognized franchisees who achieved incredible success in 2019, such as MVP award winner David Aschheim from Richmond, Virginia, Growth Award winner Haynes Chidsey who opened six Sola locations in 2019, and Tenacity Award winner Bo Breuner for his amazing efforts bringing Sola to Philadelphia.
