LunchboxWax Breaks into Milwaukee: Signs Agreement for First Three Locations in the Region

Local Entrepreneur to Bring the Brand’s First Inclusive Waxing Salon Concept to Wisconsin

September 17, 2020 // Franchising.com // BOISE, Idaho - LunchboxWax, “an all-inclusive place for Every Body,” will open soon in Milwaukee.

Expanding rapidly across the Midwest, the premier full-service, speed-waxing salon announced its first Wisconsin-based signed agreement with longtime Milwaukee resident Holly Miller to open three locations in the state. The first Milwaukee salon is expected to open summer of 2021.

After a positive experience at a LunchboxWax location in Scottsdale, Arizona, Miller was inspired to bring the brand to her community.

“The LunchboxWax brand caught my attention because of its emphasis on chic self-care services that are open to everyone,” said Miller, owner of the new LunchboxWax. “My purpose is to make the first Wisconsin location a place where people feel taken care of inside our doors and out in our community. I am thrilled to work with LunchboxWax and have Milwaukee residents look and feel their absolute best.”

The wax-only salon will offer a full range of hair removal services from top to toes, bottoms to brows and cheeks to chest. Using its proprietary three-step speed-waxing process, LunchboxWax treats guests with a proprietary “soft wax” technique that is more effective and less painful than traditional waxing. As the local owner, Miller will be hiring talented professionals that are passionate about providing an unparalleled guest experience. She will also oversee daily business operations to ensure unparalleled service.

Miller, a 10-year resident of Milwaukee, feels a deep connection to the city she calls home. As a single mother, she is dedicated to creating a successful business and be a role model to others, including her young daughter. Miller also wants to fuel her passion for philanthropy by using the franchise to continue supporting local non-profits in her community.

“We are very excited to have Holly at the helm as LunchboxWax enters the state of Wisconsin,” said Christo Demetriades, COO of LunchboxWax. “Her knowledge of the brand’s commitment to our guests and ardent dedication to meeting needs of her community make her the ideal person to introduce Milwaukee to the full LunchboxWax experience. We look forward to working closely and supporting Holly as she enters the salon business and promotes the value of self-care in her state.”
