The latest Pieology - where pizza lovers can create custom pizzas in endless flavor combinations for one affordable price, opened its doors Sept. 29 at 79024 CA-111 Suite 103 – The Pavilion center in La Quinta.

The flagship store offers not only Custom Pizzas, but Wings, Salads, Beers, and a Customizable Beverage Bar. The large patio provides beautiful views of the mountains with sectional seating to allow the whole family to enjoy.

“We are excited to bring Pieology Pizza to La Quinta and the Greater Coachella Valley,” said Sheehan. “There’s no question how fun it is to create your perfect pizza, but our fans say that it’s Pieology’s PieRise® Thick crust and sauce selections that keep them coming back for more.”
Sheehan is not new to the Pieology franchise family. He and his colleagues at Pizza Bros. own and operate 23 additional locations in California, Nevada, Colorado, and Oregon. “We always use the freshest ingredients and the only thing that concerns Pieology more than quality is safety, which is why we are offering contactless delivery and pick up options.”
