Surveillance Secure Breaks Ground on New Facility as Concept Experiences Significant Company Growth

Rapidly growing commercial security franchise concept expanding operations in Maryland

October 19, 2020 // Franchising.com // GAITHERSBURG, MD. - As the Covid-19 pandemic continues, Surveillance Secure - a security integrator that consults, designs, installs and supports a full range of enterprise grade technology for commercial clients - is expanding its operations to help meet the increasing demand for security technology.

The brand recently broke ground on a new 20,000 square-foot facility in Frederick, Maryland that will be located at 4102 Harvard Place. Surveillance Secure is hoping to open the new facility in the third quarter of next year. This new facility will serve many functions for the expanding franchise concept, including housing the brand’s centralized customer service center and equipment distribution center. The facility will also become Surveillance Secure’s new franchise training center, where new franchisees from across the nation will come to learn about the brand’s systems, processes, and products. There will also be a testing and showroom area to highlight new security technology and service offerings that franchisees can provide to customers.

“This new facility will help us better serve our customers and franchisees, and will provide us the foundation from which our concept can continue to grow,” stated Surveillance Secure founder and CEO Kim Hartman. “Even though we just broke ground, we already are eager to open our doors and continue to share our concept with new clients and franchisees across the country.”
