Molly Maid Honors Top Franchise Performers During Neighborly’s First-Ever Virtual Reunion, Neighborly United

Housekeeping franchise kicked off the final quarter of year by recognizing standout franchise owners from across its network

December 16, 2020 // Franchising.com // WACO, Texas - Molly Maid®, a Neighborly® company, announced its franchise network’s top performers of 2019 during Neighborly United, which occurred earlier this quarter at the organization’s first-ever virtual reunion.

“Neighborly’s annual reunion may have looked a bit different this year, but the pride of being part of the world’s largest family of home service brands was as strong as ever,” said Vera Peterson, President of Molly Maid. “Despite the challenges 2020 presented to our Molly Maid network, our franchise owners have risen to the occasion and continued to provide services to American families, when most needed. While we may not have been able to celebrate these outstanding individuals in person, it was an honor to shine a spotlight on the Molly Maid franchise owners who represented the very best of what our franchise network had to offer this year.”

Top award winners included:

  • Franchisee of the Year: Chrishelle and Bernhard Eugene, owners of Molly Maid of Stafford/Fredericksburg, Virginia: This award is the highest honor a franchise owner can receive. It is presented by Molly Maid to the owner/s who have demonstrated exemplary growth, leadership, customer service and sales.
  • Neighborly Award: David Zick and Susan Phemster, owners of Molly Maid of Berrien County, Michigan:  The Neighborly Award is presented to the franchise owner/s who are a champion of the Neighborly vision. Recipients of this award actively lead other Neighborly franchise owners to identify new opportunities, drive marketing strategy and engage staff members to introduce more customers to more services across the Neighborly family of brands. In markets where brand offerings are limited, this franchisee works to fill in the white space by identifying potential new franchise owners.
  • Excellence in Leadership: Harry Young, owner of Molly Maid of Austin: This award is presented by each Neighborly brand to the franchise owner who consistently sets an example for others within the system by conveying vision, participation, and positive contribution to the network.

In addition to celebrating the noteworthy success of these franchise owners, Molly Maid also has much to celebrate in terms of development. As of the close of November 2020, the brand’s growth highlights of 2020 include nine new franchise agreements signed, all amidst an ongoing pandemic.
