First Kids Coding School Opening in Milpitas

Silicon Valley-based children’s coding franchise makes its mark in Milpitas

May 06, 2021 // Franchising.com // MILPITAS, Calif. - theCoderSchool - whose motto is “Learn to code. Change the world.” - is opening Milpitas first kids coding school. The new school will open in May and will serve the Silicon Valley, where parents can start introducing their kids to how inspiring and exciting technology can be. The Milpitas location will offer virtual coding classes as well as in-person coding sessions.

The Milpitas location is located at 1683 N Milpitas Blvd near Dixon Landing Road. The new school will be owned and operated by Paul Dosanjh, a Milpitas resident for over 25 years. Paul has worked in Silicon Valley as a Software Engineer/Technical Lead for the last 30 years and is looking forward to spending time within his community and providing his years of professional experience to kids looking to start coding.

“Milpitas is one big family and I am excited that I can give back to the community that I have called home for many years,” stated Paul. “With the help and support of my own family, we are ready to teach coding to the next generation of technology leaders in our community.”

Founded by Hansel Lynn and incubated with the help of his best friend, Wayne Teng, theCoderSchool was built to provide children aged 7 to 18 years with a welcoming environment to develop computer programming skills. theCoderSchool uses a variety of platforms to teach various coding languages, such as HTML, CSS, Python, Javascript and more. Every Code Coaching lesson is customized with the help of trained Code Coaches® who use a 2-on-1 approach to teaching.
