Softroc finalizes FDD; plans to expand to 150 locations in the next three years

July 08, 2021 // Franchising.com // WACO, TX - Softroc® has finalized its FDD [Franchise Disclosure Document] and awarded its first franchise to Cody and Heidi Clark in Oklahoma City.

“After 15 years in the oil and gas industry, we were both looking to change careers and the opportunity to be the first Softroc franchise was very appealing and gives us the ability to help shape this business from the beginning,” said Cody Clark. “We are looking forward to providing customers with a long-lasting solution, as an alternative to traditional concrete or asphalt paving, that will completely transform an outdoor space.”

Softroc is composed of small rubber granules mixed on site with a specially formulated binder to create a permanent, resilient, non-slip surface. Softroc’s unique nature allows it to be easily customizable and makes it useful for a wide variety of applications, including swimming pools and decks, patios, playgrounds, home gyms, garages and more.
