Keller Williams Opens Mega Camp to Agents Across Industry

Gary Keller and Jay Papasan to lead top-producing agent discussions on growth best practices

August 11, 2021 // Franchising.com // AUSTIN, TEXAS - Keller Williams (“KW”) has opened its now fully-digital Mega Camp, a leading annual real estate training conference, to agents across the real estate industry.

Gary Keller, bestselling author, executive chairman and co-founder of KW, and Jay Papasan will co-lead a series of top-producing agent and business leader panel discussions focused on creating an exceptional real estate business in a hypercompetitive market.

“Once again we’ve brought together our top-producing agents to learn how they’re thriving in these crazy market conditions,” said Jay Papasan, bestselling author and vice president of learning, Keller Williams. “It’s an exciting chance to learn from the best of the best on how to grow a business for tomorrow.”

Set to take place from August 23-26, Mega Camp has more than 11,500 agents currently registered. Last year, Mega Camp hosted 34,848 agents from 59 countries with 70% of registrants being first-time attendees.

Last week, KW made the decision to pivot the conference to a digital-only experience primarily in response to escalating safety concerns for its associates considering rapidly changing COVID conditions in Texas and across the U.S.

On August 24, Keller, Papasan and Ruben Gonzalez, the chief economist of Keller Williams, will open the event with a deep dive into the mechanics of the housing market, the economy, and the industry.

“Mega Camp 2021 is primarily focused on how top-performing agents and teams are using listings, leads, and leverage tactics to grow their business and wealth-building strategies to serve their families and clients,” said Papasan.
