Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown Named Company’s Franchise of the Year

October 05, 2021 // Franchising.com // PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Louisville-Jeffersontown has been named the national company’s Franchise of the Year. Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown is owned by Matt Mays, a multi-unit owner.

Mays was recognized with the company’s top honor at Office Pride’s annual owners’ retreat, which was held Sept. 15-18 in Orlando.

In addition to Franchise of the Year, Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown received a Million Dollar Club award for billing a milestone amount during a calendar year; and a Standards of Excellence Award, which recognizes promotion of Office Pride’s core values, sales growth and revenue retention, engagement and reporting. Franchise of the Year is awarded to the franchise with the highest score among Standards of Excellence winners.

Office Pride Founder and President/CEO Todd Hopkins said Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown earned the award for outstanding contributions to the brand, a commitment to operating with the franchise’s core values in mind and mentoring others. Hopkins said Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown grew revenues by 247% in 2020.

Mays has owned Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown since 2018, and he became a multi-unit owner in 2020 with two additional Office Pride franchises. He also owns Office Pride of Elizabethtown-Radcliff and co-owns Office Pride of Lexington-Georgetown.

Mays holds a degree in accounting and began his career in accounting and financial modeling. He is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association International, the International Facility Management Association, the Chamber Jeffersontown, OneSouthern Chamber of Commerce and the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce.
