Paul Davis Senior VP Of Training Named To Prestigious Industry Board

Leslie Anderson is Only Woman Serving on Board of Global Organization with Almost 50,000 Certified Technicians

October 27, 2021 // Franchising.com // Jacksonville, FL - Leslie Anderson, Senior Vice President of Training & Launch for Paul Davis, was recently named to the Board of Directors of The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), becoming the only woman on the board of the global standards developing organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.

Paul Davis is also the only national brand represented on the board of the IICRC, which works with international trade associations to develop consensus-based standards throughout its industry.

For more than 55 years, Paul Davis has restored residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storms, mold and other disasters and has offered cleaning services for biohazards such as COVID-19. Paul Davis is a one-stop disaster mitigation and restoration company. It is the insurance industry’s restoration expert and recognized as one of The Best Franchises to Open in 2021.

“Not only does Leslie represent Paul Davis as a premier expert in our space, but Paul Davis is the only national brand represented on the board and Leslie is also the only woman on the board. Her skill, passion and impact are inspirational,” said Mike Hopkins, Sr., Chief Operating Officer of Paul Davis.

Anderson was elected to her two-year term during the IICRC’s September shareholder meeting. She joined Paul Davis in 2011 as an operations manager and although she is a woman in what is traditionally an industry populated by males, she speaks the language, and her knowledge is unquestioned.

Anderson’s role as Senior Vice President of Training and Launch is to ensure new and existing franchise owners at what is approaching 350 Paul Davis offices throughout North America are able to provide the outstanding service, empathy, innovation and trust that the company has been providing to customers for more than five decades.

Anderson said she is looking forward to bringing that same dedication to her role as an IICRC board member.

“It is important to me to be a part of a strong team of advisors who drive high performance, seek balance and produce results,” Anderson said. “I consider it a true privilege to have the opportunity to serve on the IICRC board. I know there will be many responsibilities as part of being involved with the IICRC board and they will ultimately give me perspective and the opportunity to serve others.”
