Local Business Group Brings Innovative Regenerative Medicine Clinics to Houston

December 13, 2021 // Franchising.com // HOUSTON, Texas - QC Kinetix and offers a cutting-edge, non-surgical alternative to pain relief, has arrived in Houston with two new clinics, and more on the way.

A group of five local businessmen who met in the MBA program at Rice University bought the franchise rights to the Houston area and opened the first two QC Kinetix locations in The Heights and The Woodlands in October. Three more clinics are slated to open in 2022, including in the Clear Lake and Sugarland areas. The long-term plan is to open up to 15 clinics in the metro area so the growing number of active families and workers in the oil-rich region have access to life-changing treatments that can help take away pain without pills.

QC Kinetix uses all-natural biologic protocols to stimulate the body to repair or heal its own damaged tissues and joints. Regenerative medicine is an alternative to surgery, NSAIDs, and pain pills that mask the pain but don’t repair the problem. For patients seeking relief from pain due to musculoskeletal injury, chronic joint pain, or hip, knee, or shoulder pain, regenerative procedures are the next frontier for treatment.

Former Dallas Cowboy great and NFL MVP, Emmitt Smith is the official spokesperson for QC Kinetix. He knows firsthand the need for innovative chronic pain treatments that help people get back to their active lifestyles. It used to be only elite athletes like Smith had access to regenerative medicine treatments, but rapid growth and innovation in the field has made the treatments accessible to everyone.

The Houston business partners were looking to invest in the community where they live, were intrigued by the field of regenerative medicine and its growth potential, and view it as part of the solution to our country’s devastating opioid problem.

“We love that this business is directly helping people in our community to be pain-free without drugs or surgery,” the group said in a statement. “We have all dealt with joint pain in some way and see the benefits of these treatments. We are using our different business skills to open these clinics and help make these treatments available to anyone who wants them in the Houston area. After talking with medical experts in the orthopedic field who confirmed regenerative medicine is the future of healthcare and pain management, we knew this was a win-win.”

Justin Crowell, CEO of Charlotte-based QC Kinetix, is confident the Houston group will be a tremendous asset to the QC Kinetix franchise.

“This group of guys is going to be amazing QC Kinetix franchisees,” says Crowell. “They each have a business expertise that will help ensure a successful operation in Houston. They also have a real passion for helping those in the community lead active and pain-free lives. I am confident QC Kinetix will thrive in Houston and we are thrilled to have them on board with us.”

The QC Kinetix is a type of concierge medicine, which continues to grow in popularity. There is no haggling with insurance companies.
