Christian Brothers Automotive Wraps Up 2021

Automotive Repair Company Steals the Spotlight with Record-Breaking Growth

December 14, 2021 // Franchising.com // HOUSTON - Christian Brothers Automotive, the full-service aftermarket vehicle maintenance and repair company, is celebrating one of its most notable years to date. From top leadership promotions to record-breaking revenue weeks, the brand will cross the finish line of 2021 perfectly positioned in the year ahead.

Amidst the ongoing new car shortage, Christian Brothers Automotive grew momentum with nine brand-wide, record-breaking revenue weeks, without taking into consideration the additional 205 individual store record-breaking revenue weeks among the brand’s locations.

In the last 12 months, the auto car care company promoted Donnie Carr, longtime company executive and son of founder Mark Carr, to the position of CEO. Donnie and Mark have worked closely together over the past several years to co-lead the company, securing its rank as the #1 rated automotive repair company in customer satisfaction by J.D. Power for two consecutive years and expanding the brand’s footprint to more than 245 shops across the United States.

“Over the last three years, we’ve been able to strategically focus on our brand’s growth and build our franchise system with award-winning training and support,” said Brad Fink, VP of Franchise Development for Christian Brothers Automotive and former franchisee of two Christian Brothers Automotive locations. “We’re now seeing the success that comes from investing in a values-driven franchise opportunity. I know we’ll continue to build our franchisees’ and guests’ trust in our best-in-class automotive repair services in 2022.”

In addition, the brand will round out the year with 34 new signed agreements, doubling the amount of agreements from the first half of the year.
