Savannah Native Brings Innovative Regenerative Medicine Clinics to Region

QC Kinetix opens new pain treatment clinics in Pooler and Hilton Head

January 14, 2022 // Franchising.com // SAVANNAH, Ga./HILTON HEAD, S.C. - QC Kinetix, a regenerative medicine franchise that recently ranked No. 62 on the Inc. 5000 list, and offers a cutting-edge, non-surgical alternative to pain relief, has arrived in Georgia with two new clinics, and a third on the way.

Florida businessman James Elliott joined forces with Savannah native, Barry Petrea to open two QC Kinetix locations, one in Pooler, and one in Hilton Head, South Carolina, in November. A third clinic is slated to open in late 2022 to serve the local workforce and the growing number of retirees who are looking to stay active by offering life-changing treatments that can help take away pain without pills.

QC Kinetix uses all-natural biologic protocols to stimulate the body to repair or heal its own damaged tissues and joints. Regenerative medicine is an alternative to surgery, NSAIDs, and pain pills that mask the pain but don’t repair the problem. For patients seeking relief from pain due to musculoskeletal injury, chronic joint pain, or hip, knee, or shoulder pain, regenerative procedures are the next frontier for treatment.

Former Dallas Cowboy great and NFL MVP, Emmitt Smith is the official spokesperson for QC Kinetix. He knows firsthand the need for innovative chronic pain treatments that help people get back to their active lifestyles. It used to be only elite athletes like Smith had access to regenerative medicine treatments, but rapid growth and innovation in the field has made the treatments accessible to everyone.

Petrea’s family has deep roots in Savannah, and he is thrilled to be back in his hometown working alongside his daughter to build a strong local business that treats patients in pain, many of whom have given up hope of feeling better.

“There are so many people in our community who are living with chronic joint pain and feeling like they are at the end of the road and assuming that surgery is their only option.  Our non-surgical treatments and methodology are so effective in addressing pain that our patients can do things they haven’t done in a long time, including playing sports and finally getting a good night’s sleep,” said Petrea. “This is the most joyful thing that I have done in my entire professional career, and to be able to treat people in this area of the Lowcountry where I grew up makes the satisfaction and reward that much greater.”

Justin Crowell, CEO of Charlotte-based QC Kinetix, is confident Petrea and Elliott will be a tremendous asset to the QC Kinetix franchise.

“Barry and James are already amazing QC Kinetix franchisees,” says Crowell. “They each have a business expertise that will help ensure a successful operation in Savannah and Hilton Head. Barry also has a real passion for helping those in the community where he grew up lead active and pain-free lives. I am confident QC Kinetix will thrive in this area and we are thrilled to have them on board with us.”

The QC Kinetix is a type of concierge medicine, which continues to grow in popularity. There is no haggling with insurance companies. Patients pay cash and get a very high level of care and service with state-of-the-art treatments. Every patient receives quality time with their medical provider and a customized plan of treatment based on their individual diagnosis and condition.
