Local Entrepreneur Introduces Innovative Regenerative Medicine Clinics to Cleveland

QC Kinetix opens a new clinic in Cleveland

January 24, 2022 // Franchising.com // CLEVELAND, Oh. - QC Kinetix, a regenerative medicine franchise that is ranked No. 62 on the Inc. 5000 list, and offers a cutting-edge, non-surgical alternative to joint and pain relief, opened its first location in Westlake in January.

Northeast Ohio native Rob Heyd made a pandemic pivot when he left his 30+ year job as a regional sales VP and became an entrepreneur with QC Kinetix. He plans to open a second regenerative medicine clinic in Independence in March and further expand by adding four more clinics in the Cleveland metro area and three clinics in the Akron/Canton area over the next three years, so as many patients as possible have access to these life-changing treatments.

“In our area there aren’t a lot of options for these types of treatments,” says Heyd. “Our protocols are the most robust and well thought out in the field of regenerative medicine which gives us a competitive advantage. We are already seeing great interest from people looking for pain relief without surgery.”

QC Kinetix uses all-natural biologic protocols to stimulate the body to repair or heal its own damaged tissues and joints. It’s an alternative to surgery, NSAIDs, and pain pills that mask the pain but don’t repair the problem. For patients seeking relief from pain due to musculoskeletal injury, chronic joint pain, or hip, knee, or shoulder pain, regenerative procedures are the next frontier for treatment.

Former Dallas Cowboy great and NFL MVP, Emmitt Smith is the official spokesperson for QC Kinetix. He knows firsthand the need for innovative chronic pain treatments that help people get back to their active lifestyles. It used to be only elite athletes like Smith had access to regenerative medicine treatments, but rapid growth and innovation in the field have made the treatments accessible to everyone.

“As someone who has grown up and raised my family here, it is especially gratifying to be able to help people in my own community,” says Heyd. “So many people have been living with chronic pain for so long, and to be able to offer them a solution that will decrease their pain and improve their quality of life is exciting! I am looking forward to celebrating some great successes with my team and my patients.”

Justin Crowell, CEO of Charlotte-based QC Kinetix, is confident that Heyd will be a tremendous asset to the QC Kinetix franchise.

“Rob is an ideal QC Kinetix franchisee,” says Crowell. “He has an impressive business background and is committed to our mission. He’s already looking forward to bringing more QC Kinetix clinics to the Cleveland market, and I am confident he will thrive as one of the newest members of the QC Kinetix family and continue to grow there. We are thrilled to have him on our team.”

The QC Kinetix business model is a type of concierge medicine, which continues to grow in popularity. There is no haggling with insurance companies. Patients pay cash and get a very high level of care and service with state-of-the-art treatments. Every patient receives quality time with their medical provider and a customized plan of treatment based on their individual diagnosis and condition.

The QC Kinetix Westlake clinic is now open and operating at:

25200 Center Ridge Road, Suite 3200 Westlake, OH 44145
