ManageMowed “Growing” Strong in 2022 After Doubling Its 2021 Footprint

Leading Commercial Landscaping Franchise Secures Multiple Signed Franchise Deals and Openings at Mid-Year Point

June 08, 2022 // Franchising.com // EDMONDS, Wash. - After planting the seeds for growth, ManageMowed, the leading commercial landscape management company, recently announced the signing of three new franchise agreements, bringing the brand’s footprint to 21 locations across the United States in less than two years.

With services recently launched in St. Louis County, Missouri; McKinney, Texas and Encinitas, California, the brand’s efficient franchise model provides a strong value proposition to franchisee prospects and is uniquely designed to support a rapid start-up, recurring revenue and work-life balance. The recent strides in growth signify a strong start to the year for ManageMowed, building upon the momentum generated by the signing of 12 new franchise agreements in 2021.

“We invested in the success of our founding franchisees, and they have really set the standard for others who are looking to step out of their corporate careers and into the franchising space with our proven concept,” said Peter Roberts, co-founder of ManageMowed. “I’m proud of all we accomplished this past year and we are excited to progress toward our goal of signing 31 new territories by the end of 2022.”

On top of the recent signed agreements, the brand held a nationwide giveback campaign during the first half of the year entitled, “Rooting for Local Business.” To be considered for the winning prize of up to $1,000 in pro-bono landscaping services, entrants were required to provide a brief description of why their property was in need of a cleanup that either preserved its existing curb appeal or enhanced its safety and security. The “Rooting for Local Business” campaign launched March 1 and winners were selected in early April.

“Curb appeal has been shown to play a major factor in first time consumer decisions and can have a very real impact on a business’ customer satisfaction,” continued Roberts. “We’re honored to play a role in helping to create and maintain exteriors that the business owners and communities will be proud of.”

Backed by the support of Roberts and co-founder James Jakobsen’s 20-plus years of experience in the Green Industry, ManageMowed franchise owners receive support in every aspect of running a successful landscape management business so they can be laser-focused on providing high-quality results and timely solutions to their clients. The leading landscape management company offers budding entrepreneurs and investors with growth mindsets and “get it done” attitudes the chance to diversify their portfolio the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a low-overhead, no-equipment and labor-light business model.

Well-positioned to plant new seeds across the country in the latter-half of 2022, target growth markets for ManageMowed include southern and western regions of the U.S. including California, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Arizona, South Carolina and North Carolina.
