Altitude Trampoline Park Welcomes Aboard a New Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer

Dynamic Family Entertainment Brand Further Expands Leadership Team and Franchisee Support Amidst Impressive Q1 and Q2 Growth

June 14, 2022 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - Altitude Trampoline Park, a leading brand in active, indoor family entertainment industry, announced today the continued expansion of its leadership team, amplifying franchisee support and training while delivering high-flying guest experience at its parks nationwide. Nicholas Doll, experienced restaurant development and operations executive, and Tom Grieser, financial planning and analysis expert, join as Altitude Trampoline Park’s VP of Operations and CFO, alongside CEO Mike Rotondo, President and CMO Amy Phillips and VP of Development Robert Morris.

“From our executive team members who joined us years ago to those uniting with us now, the Altitude leadership team is passionate and motivated to set the standard for active family fun with prospective franchise owners,” said Rotondo. “With Nick and Tom leading the charge on operations and finance for our franchise system, our team is better equipped than ever before to expand Altitude’s presence in new and existing markets in the months ahead, and support existing franchisees in their advancement.”

With extensive experience in franchise operations and business coaching for several notable brands including Jimmy John’s, Raising Cane’s, MOD Pizza and Buff City Soap, Doll joins Altitude as its VP of Operations. In this role, he will oversee franchise operations support with an emphasis on park systems and processes, training implementation and profitability. As CFO, Grieser will work with the brand and its franchise system to analyze financial performance at the local-park-level and consult on best business practices, a role similar to one he held with FASTSIGNS before returning to the restaurant industry with Mimi’s Café and the Mongolian Concepts Restaurant Group.

“What I really enjoyed about my role at FASTSIGNS was that I was able to have direct contact with the franchisees, coaching and providing additional insight into ways that they could improve the performance of their locations,” said Grieser. “I’m excited to get back to mentoring in my position with the Altitude team, and look forward to providing the team with analyses that speak to both the corporate and franchisees’ success.”

Altitude Trampoline Park’s growing leadership team continues to progress by leaps and bounds toward their 2022 goal of expanding the brand to 100 parks worldwide, securing the brand’s place as one of the largest family entertainment brands in the world. Already in the first half of 2022, the brand has notably signed agreements in Utah, Florida, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois. The momentum behind the brand is not only charging forth with new operators, but internally from within the franchise system as existing Altitude Trampoline Park owners across the system sign on to grow their footprint in new and adjacent markets.
