Frios Gourmet Pops Adds Two New Trailblazers to its Leadership Team

June 16, 2022 // Franchising.com // MOBILE, Ala. - Frios Gourmet Pops as announced two new additions to its first-class team.

The company has appointed Olivia Dandapa to the role of Director of Pops and Adam Herndon to the role of Director of Franchise Operations. The growth of the brand’s franchise team means added support for Frios franchisees, affectionately known as Happiness Hustlers, with improved oversight on operations, product innovation and sales.

I’m confident that the experience and demeanor that both Olivia and Adam bring to the table will be tremendous for the future growth and success of our brand.”

As the Director of Pops, Dandapa brings with her more than six years of leadership experience in the popsicle industry, having served in many roles overseeing training, quality assurance, flavor innovation, sourcing and procuring. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Dandapa is described as “quiet, but fierce” by her fellow Frios teammates.

Herndon is no stranger to the franchise world and brings expertise to his new position as Director of Operations. As a previous franchise consultant-turned-franchisee with Jimmy Johns, Herndon was a key player in driving sales and strengthening the company’s bottom line. He most recently served as Director of Operations for Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, where he played an integral role in new store openings and the development of team members. Despite his impressive experience, there is much more to Herndon that shows his extraordinary take on life. He once completed the MR340 in 60 hours and 1 minute, sleeping only 3 hours in a $400 canoe.
