Phenix Salon Suites Fuels Growth in Chicago, Signing Another Five-Unit Development Deal

Recently announcing its latest multi-unit agreement with esteemed entrepreneur, John Kunka, this marks the brand’s second five-unit agreement in Chicago this year.

Kunka joins Phenix Salon Suites at a momentous time, following an impressive start to the year with 43 signed agreements. In fact, Kunka is one of 7 Phenix franchisees who have signed multi-unit agreements with the award-winning salon suite brand in 2022. Now, Kunka is seeking to develop his five locations in the Southwest or Western suburbs of Chicago. With over 25 years of investment management experience, Kunka has spent the past seven years as treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of an investment advisor in Chicago. He hopes to open his first location in early 2023.
