Prism Specialties Welcomes Jeff Milligan as Vice President of Business Development and Customer Engagement

Veteran Franchisee Fills New Leadership Role

August 03, 2022 // Franchising.com // Livonia, Mi. - Prism Specialties announced that veteran franchisee Jeff Milligan has been appointed as the company’s vice president of business development and customer engagement. Milligan, who has been a franchise owner with the company for nearly a decade, opened his first location in September of 2012, as the second franchise in their system.

“Joining the Prism Specialties Home Office team is truly an honor. As a franchise owner for the past 10 years, I’ve built a great rapport with not only the home office team, but many of our franchise owners across the country,” said Milligan.

Milligan is seen as an early implementer for the Prism Specialties brand – helping to solidify many of the electronics, art, textile and document services that are offered today. He ran a multi-million-dollar operation with three offices across North Carolina. As a two-time Franchisee of the Year award winner and member of the Franchise Advisory Council and National Marketing Committee, Prism Specialties has recognized Milligan for his hard work and dedication over the years.

In his new role, he will be responsible for expanding and improving the brand’s local sales program by strengthening the network’s skills on relationship building, sales activities measurement and sales management. He will also concentrate on enhancing the customer experience system wide.

“Being part of the national team responsible for supporting our owners helping our brand continue to grow is quite humbling. The future is bright and I’m excited to be a part of it,” he explained.

Since 1993, Prism Specialties has been committed to providing expert restoration services for more specialty categories than anyone in the market. Its strength and value stems from the original pursuit to create deep competency in each specialty. As these services continue to transition to one brand, the way will be paved to serve a larger market.
