A creamy twist on a street food favorite, this Flavor of the Month turns a churro into an unforgettable ice cream treat. In this scoop, Churro flavored Ice Cream meets Chewy Churro Bites, crispy Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkles, and gooey Dulce de Leche Swirls. Together you get a cinnamon and Dulce de Leche flavor combination that is sure to blow you away in just one bite.

When developing new flavors for the calendar year, the Baskin-Robbins Research & Development and Marketing teams began testing ice creams to select the September Flavor of the Month, and Churro Dulce de Leche quickly became a fall favorite.

While developing this flavor, the Research & Development team evaluated a variety of ice cream flavors and inclusion pairings to ensure we got the churro flavor just right. In this delicious scoop, we chose Churro flavored Ice Cream to ensure guests could taste the notes of cinnamon churro in every pink spoonful. The ice cream flavor is then nicely complemented by the gooey Dulce de Leche Swirls. And perfectly tying together the scoop, the Chewy Churro Pieces, and Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkles add another layer of cinnamon sweetness, as well as a nice chewy and crunchy texture.

A scoop of this churro-inspired ice cream can be enjoyed in a fresh-baked Waffle Cone or made into a Sundae with your favorite toppings.
