September 07, 2022 // Franchising.com // KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Keylani Rosa and Luis Rodriguez are the co-owners of the new Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Orlando-Kissimmee, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise that serves businesses throughout the Orlando and Kissimmee metro area.

Rosa, who has a bachelor’s degree in international and global studies from the University of Central Florida, worked as a fraud investigator with financial institutions and in government before joining Office Pride. Rodriguez has more than a decade of experience working in retail and the customer service industry, having managed stores in Orlando, Miami and New York.

The couple’s background complements each other in their new business venture together. Rodriguez's extensive customer service and sales experience gives him a unique understanding of how to engage and interact with customers, to understand their needs and to suggest the right services. Rosa’s experience in the financial industry provides the background to handle the financial and operational aspects of the business.

The couple now serve as Office Pride of Kissimmee’s owners and operational managers, overseeing all facets of the business.

“We decided to purchase Office Pride because we wanted to build something as a legacy for our family,” Rosa said. “We also wanted to be able to have something that would allow us to have more time with our family, to be more involved with our church and to serve our community.”

Office Pride provides a full range of janitorial services to offices, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, medical facilities, schools, government buildings, churches, banks and other commercial properties. Services include sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards. Floor care, pressure washing and window cleaning services are also available.
