Flexible Workplace Provider Continues Fulfilling Demand for Coworking Across New Jersey

The facility in the recently revamped One Tower Center is now the largest Black-owned coworking space in Middlesex County. One Tower Center’s recent renovations include a redesigned seven-story atrium lobby, renovated full-service cafe with outdoor seating, and an improved seven-story covered parking deck with digital availability indicators.

Franchisees, George Fisher, a data engineer for a large telecom company and Karen Fisher, a certified public accountant, were attracted to Office Evolution’s franchising opportunity by the brand’s inclusive, supportive culture and the recent increase in national coworking demand. This is the second Office Evolution location that the Fishers have opened, with their first being located in Woodbridge Metro Park.
