Children’s Lighthouse Early Learning School Receives Cognia Accreditation for a Second Term with High Acclamations

Early Learning School Franchise Recognized for Ongoing Commitment to Excellence in Education

October 05, 2022 // Franchising.com // DALLAS - Children’s Lighthouse Franchise Company announced today it has achieved re-accreditation from Cognia for a second term of five years.

A reputable global non-profit education community, Cognia offers accreditation to early learning schools based on a set of three performance standards: Leadership Capacity, Learning Capacity and Resource Capacity, which together determines the capacity of an organization to provide quality and meet the rigorous demands of continued improvement. The Children’s Lighthouse organization once again received the Cognia accreditation as a result of its dedication to providing a high-quality curriculum, strong leadership and corporate support. The recognition will continue to allow Children’s Lighthouse to receive valuable feedback and provide the best possible service to its students, staff and franchisees.

“This re-accreditation from Cognia is a testament to the dedication of our entire Children’s Lighthouse network to provide the best possible learning environments for students,” said Michael Brown, President of Children’s Lighthouse Franchise Company. “Being a part of the Cognia community along with many of our fantastic franchise owners, we will continue to receive valuable insights that can be used to support and strengthen our commitment to ongoing excellence.”

Through research-based standards and evidence-based qualification criteria, Cognia provides a holistic performance evaluation to bring out the best in educational institutions such as Children’s Lighthouse. Once accredited, the organization can then access the Cognia Improvement Platform, which includes key observations, surveys and diagnostics that can be used to develop ongoing strategies for improvement. Children’s Lighthouse uses these resources to build upon its mission to establish a lifelong love for learning through its proprietary curriculum.
