Travel agency franchise tops list for sixth year in a row

October 07, 2022 // Franchising.com // Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - Dream Vacations recently ranked #2 in Entrepreneur’s Top Franchises for Veterans list, published in the magazine’s October/November issue.

"This is one of the lists of the year that I am most excited to share with our franchisor partners and our audience,” said Entrepreneur Senior Vice President of Franchising Liane Caruso. “The 150 companies featured here represent not just wonderful opportunities for anyone to start their entrepreneurial journey but go the extra step to provide even more support and appreciation for our veterans who have proven their ability to work hard, navigate challenges, and understand the importance of teamwork in achieving success.”

To determine the annual ranking of the Top Franchises for Veterans, Entrepreneur invited companies who offer incentives for veterans to participate in a survey about their veteran programs. From there, Entrepreneur determined their ranking of the top 150 franchises for veterans, taking into account each company's Veteran incentive, how Veteran franchisees are attracted to and supported by the company, and how each company scored in the 2022 Franchise 500 ranking.

“Over the years, we have developed new benefits and programs to guide them and their families on a journey to become successful entrepreneurs,” said Drew Daly, senior vice president and general manager for Dream Vacations. “Our support of the military community is an honor, and we are excited to receive this recognition each year.”

They are dedicated to supporting, training, and equipping their network of Travel Advisors to be successful,” added Furlan, a Vietnam veteran.
