October 17, 2022 // Franchising.com // SAN ANTONIO, TX - San Antonio-area travelers can enjoy more access to a better way to stay while away from home, thanks to a new apartment-style hotel opening in Lackland from fast-growing U.S. hotel brand, stayAPT Suites. Located at 9923 Ingram Road in San Antonio, TX, stayAPT Suites’ all-suites hotel offers a new standard of comfort for guests seeking any length of stay. The 88-room hotel marks the third Texas location to open from the Matthews, N.C.-headquartered company, which opened a NASA-Clearlake location outside of Houston earlier this year and its first San Antonio location in the city’s Live Oak neighborhood in July.

Ideal for business, relocation and leisure travelers, each stayAPT Suites guest room is a suite with a dedicated living area, full-size kitchen with full-size appliances, and a separate bedroom. Offering nightly, weekly and monthly rates, the brand gives travelers a residential-style hotel experience.

Located adjacent to Interstate 410, the new hotel offers easy access to many of the area’s top business, medical, and military attractions, including the Texas Biomedical Research Institute, Methodist Hospital, and Lackland Air Force Base. NSA Texas, Ingram Park Mall, and SeaWorld are all less than a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

Each stayAPT Suites room includes an open-concept living room with a sleeper sofa, lounge chair, and a wall-mounted smart 55-inch television. The full-size kitchens feature full-size appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The private, separate bedroom, located down the hall from the living area, offers a king or two queen-sized beds, a walk-in closet, a spacious desk, and a second large, wall-mounted smart television. Outside of the suites, guests can enjoy other on-property amenities, including an outdoor courtyard with built-in grill station, onsite guest laundry facilities, and a fitness center.
