Celebree School Supports “We Believe in You(th)” Campaign to Raise Awareness for Childhood Mental Health

Early Childhood Education Franchise & Caliday Before and After Care Activate Campaign Efforts and Fundraising Walk

November 16, 2022 // Franchising.com // BALTIMORE - In recognition of Early Childhood Mental Health Awareness Month (November), Celebree School, a leader in early childhood education that provides infant and toddler care, preschool, before and aftercare, and summer camp programs, is stepping up to support the cause in various ways.

All Maryland Celebree Schools are joining in to support Metro Maryland Youth for Christ in its inaugural “We Believe in You(th)” campaign running November 14-18. The one-week campaign is designed to provide hope to young people in the region by telling them: We Believe in You! We Need You! We Believe in Your Future! We Value What You Have to Offer!

The campaign aims to mobilize parents, guardians, grandparents, teachers, church members, community leaders, neighbors, and more. Celebree Schools will encourage team members to write letters to students and other team members with the theme, “I believe in you because…”. In addition to in-school activation, Celebree School will encourage families and the community to participate in the campaign by downloading their own affirmation letter templates, and sharing in the positivity, motivation, and inspiration among our youth.

“We are honored to join this campaign and help support our youth in achieving their full potential,” said Richard Huffman, Founder and CEO of Celebree School. “Our teams are instructed to always be a voice of encouragement, helping children of all ages build their confidence and aspire for more. We look forward to seeing the positive impact across our community.”

As an extension of Celebree School, Caliday Before and After School Care, the program serves 44 elementary schools across Baltimore, Carroll, and Harford counties, is set to host a charity walk to raise money for Children’s Mental Health Matters. The “Gobble Gobble Walk N’ Wobble” event will take place on November 16 from 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Honeygo Run Regional Park. Caliday Before and After School Care falls under the umbrella of Caliday School Age Programs, a not-for-profit organization that seeks to promote academic achievement by extending learning outside of the classroom and strengthening school-community relationships. The team behind the program has extensive experience in childhood development and a constant drive to make a difference in children’s emotional and intellectual growth.

“As educators, it means a lot to us to be able to support early childhood mental health,” said Director of Operations for Caliday, Emily Carl. “School and society play a very crucial role in the development of holistic mental health of children. When a child comes out of the protected environment at home, that is when they encounter the real challenges of life. That’s where we come in and aim to promote a balanced and healthy mental state both inside and outside the four walls of our programs.”

Celebree School lives by its promise to Grow People Big and Small™, and was founded on the belief that success in early childhood development is equal parts curriculum and a connection that extends beyond the classroom to address the needs of the whole child and the whole family. Each Celebree School is a village made up of parents, children, and educators while providing curriculum-based care that prepares your child for kindergarten and beyond.

Today, with 26 corporate schools, 11franchise locations, and more than 80 franchise licenses in various stages development, Celebree School has set an aggressive development goal of opening 150 new schools by 2025.
