Goldfish Swim School’s Chief Marketing Officer Named One Of Top 50 Franchise CMOS For 2023

According to Entrepreneur, the list of the Top 50 Franchise CMOs feature some of franchising’s “Best of the Best” marketing pros, as nominated by their peers in the industry. Chief marketers in the franchising industry need a thorough understanding of their B2B and B2C target markets, and it’s a careful balancing act in which they must cover the bases among the traditional marketing channels, while also serving as not only an agent, but a leader of change.

Krisan has been a part of the Goldfish Swim School team for more than nine years. She also has previous  experience on multiple sides of the franchise industry, including working for several renowned brands and at marketing agencies. In her time at Goldfish Swim School, she has worked diligently to make sure the moment new franchisees sign their lease, they are equipped with every detail of the brand. She also established an internal agency to support franchisees, that focuses on data, research and staying on top of the trends to keep evolving and finding new and innovative ways for each school to execute marketing initiatives in their locations.

On top of all of her achievements within Goldfish Swim School, she also advocates to share her experiences, accomplishments and insights on countless franchise industry panels. She believes in the power of sharing and learning, and has previously said it’s one of her favorite parts of the franchise world.

Goldfish Swim School provides swim lessons and water safety instruction to infants and children ages four months to 12 years, teaching children how to be safer in and around the water. Each school offers swim lessons and programs using a proprietary philosophy, The Science of SwimPlay®, to build life skills both in and out of the water using play-based learning in a fun and safe environment. Each school’s number one focus and main priority is always the same – educating children on water safety while teaching them how to swim and respect the water.
