SoBol Is Giving Santa Some Help Filling Stockings

January 13, 2023 // Franchising.com // Patchogue, N.Y. - The Holidays will be a bit happier for about 100 Military Service Members thanks to the generosity of SoBol.

SoBol partnered with the group, Soldiers Angels, as part of their Stockings for Heroes project which provides stockings full of goodies to deployed service members, veteran patients in VA hospitals, and activated National Guard and reserves units across the country, in an effort to provide holiday cheer. Soldiers’ Angels provides aid, comfort, and resources to the military, veterans, and their families.

SoBol co-founder and CEO, Jason Mazzarone, says it was an honor to be part of this worthwhile project, “We understand how much our military service members have sacrificed for our country and we know the holidays can be a tough time. Brightening their holidays with the donation of these stockings is our way of showing our gratitude for their service.”

SoBol has made it their mission to do all they can as a business to improve people’s days and give back to their community whenever possible. To fund this project, they held a week-long promotion in their corporate and franchise stores, donating $1 for every $15 order of acai bowls and smoothies. They also invited customers to fill out a warm holiday greeting card to include in the donated stockings. With the money raised, the SoBol team was able to assemble 100 stocking with much-needed items like hats, gloves, snacks, notebooks, and notepads for military service members.

The stockings are being delivered throughout the holiday season.
