Meet the faces behind the new DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Burlington County

March 02, 2023 // Franchising.com // One of Chuck Bendixen’s favorite aspects of remodeling is using creativity, ingenuity, and a passion for quality to help people realize their dreams. “We firmly believe in enhancing lives and improving homes; it’s what brought us to the DreamMaker family,” Chuck says.

After a ribbon-cutting with Chamber of Commerce and Grand Opening event on Feb. 20, the DreamMaker Design Center is open. Moorestown neighbors who are interested in kitchen, bath or interior remodeling are invited to make an appointment for a free consultation.

DreamMaker’s Bath & Kitchen services include kitchen, bathroom, and interior remodeling, accessible remodeling (safety and mobility features for the aging or disabled), general contracting and cabinet refacing — all provided with craftsmanship and ethical excellence.

Chuck and his wife Lia moved to Medford, New Jersey, in 2011, with their three daughters: Nina, Nicole and Kaitlyn.

Though he previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry, Chuck has been interested in remodeling since college, when he spent summers working in the trades. This evolved to investing in rental property. In 2000, he started his own handyman business and changed careers in 2020 to become a full-time remodeler. Lia is from Chelyabinsk, Russia, and came to the U.S. in 2002 to study and work. She got her start in real estate by managing Airbnb properties and became a real estate agent in 2019. Now she’s also part-owner and Office Manager at DreamMaker.

Lia teaches yoga at her home studio and enjoys spending time outdoors with family. Chuck is a member of the Medford Milers running club and has done many fundraising runs and bicycle rides to support Families Behind the Badge, Tour de Cure, MS Bike Tour, and Rotary Club. In his free time, he enjoys boating, kayaking, swimming, and preparing for his next Ironman.
