O’Charley’s Announces “Give $5, Get $5” Fundraiser to Support Families of Our Country’s Fallen Heroes

May 07, 2024 // Franchising.com // NASHVILLE - O’Charley’s Restaurant + Bar, announced today the return of its “Give $5, Get $5” fundraising campaign to benefit The Folded Flag Foundation, the non-profit organization that provides educational scholarships and support grants to families of our country’s fallen heroes.

In honor of Military Appreciation Month in May and through June 16, each Guest who donates $5 during their in-store order will get a $5 coupon to use on a future order and will be able to use immediately when ordering online. Importantly, 100% of all donations to Folded Flag go directly to beneficiaries as all administrative costs are paid by corporate sponsors.

“Every year, our Guests humble us with their generosity during our ‘Give $5, Get $5’ fundraiser for the Folded Flag Foundation,” said Craig Barber, O’Charley’s CEO. “We are grateful for the opportunity to raise both money and awareness for this important cause along with the deserving families who lost a loved one in combat.”

“Our long-standing relationship with O’Charley’s is so vital to our overall mission,” said Kim Frank, president, The Folded Flag Foundation. “This annual fundraiser is just one way they help us maximize our impact for Gold Star families. We look forward to another strong campaign and can’t thank O’Charley’s along with their Guests enough for their generosity and support.”

Also kicking off today, O’Charley’s is offering two $5 Reward Cards for every $50 Gift Card purchased when dining in and a $5 Reward Card for every $25 Gift Card purchased. This deal also runs through June 16. Online guests can purchase a $50 Gift Card for $35 (online-only discount applies at checkout) through June 16. Guests can purchase gift cards online.
