Chem-Dry Opens New Location in Nevada

May 14, 2024 // // NEVADA - Chem-Dry is opening a new location in Las Vegas, Nevada. The carpet cleaning service is backed by BELFOR Franchise Group.

The location opened in April, and is owned and operated by mother and son team Catherine and Nicolas Remy. The Remys moved to the United States from France four months ago and have gained invaluable experience in hospitality and customer service through owning a hotel business in France. When they’re not cleaning carpets and upholstery, the Remys enjoy discovering new things to do in Nevada and throwing barbecues with friends.

“Since Nicolas and I are familiar with the day-to-day operations and countless responsibilities of owning and operating a business, we felt that now was the perfect time to go into business with a recognized franchise,” said Catherine Remy, co-owner of Chem-Dry of Las Vegas. “As we began looking into business opportunities, Chem-Dry immediately stood out as a reputable franchise that provides ongoing support to franchise owners after training. This, coupled with a strong recommendation from a close friend who works at BELFOR, made our decision to franchise with Chem-Dry fairly simple.”

Chem-Dry harnesses the natural cleaning power of carbonation to deeply clean carpets without soapy detergents. This proprietary process, known as Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE), uses about 80% less water than traditional steam cleaning. This unique approach to carpet cleaning results in faster drying times.

Chem-Dry uses an innovative process known as Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) to deeply clean carpets using a fraction of the water required for steam cleaning. What began decades ago as a simple process for removing spills eventually created the foundation for the company’s HCE process and changed the industry forever as an alternative to traditional steam cleaning.

Chem-Dry has the added advantage of being backed by BELFOR Franchise Group.
